Reasons for return: You can return the product if it is defective, if you received the wrong item, if accessories are missing, or if you simply change your mind.
Return process: You must contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Return costs: If the return is made within the first 30 days, the seller, i.e., our suppliers, will cover the shipping costs and shipping insurance.
2-year warranty
Our suppliers offer a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery that covers hardware defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, damage caused by impacts or liquids, or if the product has been tampered with by unauthorized third parties.
